About Us
Our Mission
The mission of Partnership for Behavior Change is to achieve data-proven success in service provision for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. We enable those with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities to develop the skills needed to access the community with the greatest possible independence. In addition, we work to increase community capacity via parent training and training of ABA personnel who receive initial and ongoing hands-on and classroom-based instruction in applying the science of human behavior to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Our Vision
Our vision for Partnership for Behavior Change is working to achieve the best outcomes for every learner, family, and employee.
Values
- Compassion – We address challenges from a perspective of caring and understanding.
- Idiosyncratic program design – Every learner is unique. We cater to and leverage that to make better programing for every individual.
- Therapeutic – We always avoid coercive and punitive interactions, ensuring that our practice is therapeutic.
- Effective – Effective, data driven programing, ensures progress is made and issues are addressed quickly.
- Flexibility – We understand that Learners and parents have different schedules. Not every learner needs the same amount of therapy time, and the same time of day doesn’t work for everyone. We work with parents and staff to find the best schedules.
- Diversity – We see strength in our differences and celebrate them.
- Social Responsibility – our commitment is to our society and local community.
- Integrity – we uphold honesty and strong moral principles.
- Family – we encourage you to be yourself and welcome you with support and guidance.
