Meet Daysha F., RBT!

Daysha, our fantastic primary scheduler/jack-of-all-trades, has been with Partnership for Behavior Change since 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician through the BACB, and as our behind the scenes coordinator. Her food interests include steak, but only if cooked rare. Outside work you can find her doing nail art, working out, and chasing her dog, Oliver, around the woods. Daysha’s favorite part of her job is when the learners “are having silly days and we get to have fun playing around with them during breaks from programs. It feels like we aren’t even working.” Daysha enjoys the opportunities to bring Oliver to work to interact with our learners, he’s even a hypoallergenic poodle, so allergies are not a concern.  Daysha is a massive Harry Potter fan; her favorite color is Slytherin green, and her favorite movie is anything Harry Potter. When she’s carrying her large water bottle around the office, it is no secret her favorite drink is water, even the water in her coffee! When she was little, Daysha wanted to be a lawyer who fosters animals. If asked, Daysha’s coworkers would say that she is always thinking ahead to make things fun for the kids. She decorate and plans fun activities for every holiday. She really is the best cheerleader! Daysha looks forward to working with and getting your learner on our schedule to receive ABA services.
